If I asked 100 random people what comes to mind when they think of beards (besides that they're badass and every guy should grow one)

I have no doubt talk of Vikings would come up pretty quickly.

As men, I think there is something in all of us that is allured by the viking way of life and the freedom and undaunted courage portrayed.

Which is why we used a Viking theme as our starting point for our newest seasonal fragrance.

SKAL!

We pulled inspiration from Viking past to create an absolutely incredible fragrance (more on that below).

As you may know, Vikings brewed their own beer, mead, and wine.

While, I'm sure, we're all familiar with what beer and wine is...

Mead is a fermented honey and water mixture, and is said to be considered a drink of royalty and was reserved for special occasions.

Which is exactly why we chose to model SKAL after it!

We wanted to create a cologne type fragrance that smelled of sueded leather and the most delicious mead our viking brothers would have brewed (or fermented for arguments sake).

And boy did we do just that!

SKAL is like drinking mead in a meadow on the first day of spring.

It's a modern day viking cologne.

It has a light, fresh forward, grounded with warm woody and amber notes to create a balanced take on a leather fragrance.

The main notes most will get are Leather, Sandalwood, and Honey.

But SKAL is a much more complex fragrance than that. Other notes you may pick up on are:

Hops, Thyme, Fir Needle, Patchouli, Vanilla, Amber, Vetiver, and Cedar.

So to say this fragrance is complex is an understatement.

We're not saying this fragrance will make you a viking, nor do you need to be a viking to wear it...

But if you're looking for a fresh but masculine year-round fragrance, look no further.

Creating This Fragrance wasn't a walk in the park...

It was more like navigating the rough seas with only the stars to guide you. 

As we launch more and more seasonal fragrances it gets harder come up with ideas and more importantly create a phenomenal fragrance.

We wanted this fragrance to hit extra hard, so we went through revision, after revision, after revision, multiple times over. 

And we were happy to, because that's just what we do to ensure we provide you with the absolute best products possible.
