We believe a beard is much more than just facial hair, its a way of life! A symbol of being a man who lives with strength, honor, perseverance and commitment. We believe a beard does not make you a man, your character does. This is what it means to live bearded…

Who Are We?

We are a brotherhood built on 10 years of friendship, trust, respect and loyalty and our mission is to teach each and every customer with the same trust and respect 10 years of friendship is built on! To us, growing a beard is not a trend, it’s a lifestyle and that's exactly why we named our company Live Bearded! 

As a brotherhood of like minded men, we are not defined as hipsters, lumberjacks or bikers! We are not jobless, homeless or lazy… we are beardsman! It’s not something we do, it’s who we are! 

In our eyes, a beard is a symbol of strength and honor. It’s a rugged expression of what it means to be a man who strives to be the best he can be! Iron sharpens iron and we believe the best way to grow as a man is to be surrounded by truly great men who hold each other accountable to an extremely high standard!

Meet Our Founders:

Spencer Bryce (Spence)

Spencer is the co-founder of Live Bearded and has some form of a beard since the day he could grow one, even in the early stages when it was full of patches and gaps. Spencer grew up in a small Northern Arizona town, where he spent most of his time outdoors camping, shooting guns, hunting, and working on muscle cars.

Spencer has an undergraduate degree in business management and has had a successful real estate career for the past 8 years. As a Beardsman, Spencer tried desperately to find quality products at a reasonable price. After months of frustration sampling dozens of brands and hundreds of dollars spent, he realized the mens beard grooming space was severely underserved in products, and even more so in community. This is how Live Bearded was created.

Spencer prides himself on helping others first, and is passionate about community and brotherhood. This attitude is instilled in everything he does personally and professionally. He recently walked away form his real estate career to focus on Live Bearded 100% as he is truly passionate about creating a brotherhood and helping as many brothers as he can.

Beard Preference: Variety. Spencer loves to change his beard and appearance regularly.

Anthony Mink (Mink)

Anthony is also a co-founder of LiveBearded. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, hunting and fishing is a way of life and growing a beard is the rule, not the exception. Anthony comes from a long line of beardsman including his father who has lived bearded for over 30 years!

As a long time beardsman, Anthony has always had a desire to live life on his own terms. To not be confined by the system, or anyone in it so in 2011 he quit his job and started his own company so he could fulfill his dream of being his own boss, answering to no one, and traveling the world!

Since, Anthony has build and sold 3 successful online companies and has traveled to 38 countries! With a deep passion for business, beards and brotherhood, LiveBearded.com is more than just a beard grooming company for Anthony, it’s a passion project and a way of life!
