Killer service coupled with an outstanding product.

So far so good. I am three days into this sample pack and loving every minute of it. I would really like to break this review into two parts. Part 1. *Product* This stuff is amazing so far. For context, I ordered the sample pack. Buying on the internet is quite a burden as you never really know what a product is like until you get your hands on it. My beard truly has been elevated. Easier to maintain and it really does smell great through out the day with out it being over powering. You will not smell like chad, in high school, that was drowning in axe. Part 2. *The customer experience* Live Bearded has literally blown me away with their customer service. From start to finish I have been genuinely been surprised with the things they have done for their customers. Ensuring you are informed on your order. You know just what you are getting, how to use it and why it will make difference. Also ensuring their customer is first and taken care of. Really above and beyond in a day and age where customer satisfaction has seem to gone to the way side. The fact that they are local (Arizona and more importantly USA) and that they do not outsource their products is just icing on the cake. If you are reading reviews to see if people are happy, THIS IS YOUR SIGN. This is not a paid review but a genuinely happy customer. I came from a Reddit review and I am staying because of the customer service. The bonus is I found a product I am truly happy with using and seems to be making a difference in my daily routine.

Exactly what I needed to decide

This was exactly what I needed to decide what fragrance to order. The scorecard was a nice touch also. It helped me keep track of how I felt about each option. I highly recommend before buying a certain fragrance. Find out for sure which one is best for you!

Purchased the sample pack so I could dial in on the fragrance I prefer. Tried out Tombstone and LOVED It. Trying another tomorrow...

The sample pack is a fantastic way to determine which scent you and your significant other prefer. For us, 1880 and Tombstone lead with Executive next. Try it. You will not be disappointed.

Great idea and Great sample pack

This is a great idea to let you try all the scents and products. It definitely is a good system, I now use all four product, and I would never have bought all the products together like I do now if it wasn't for the sample pack and noticing how well they work together.

I wish it came with a bit more, but good otherwise.

The sample pack is a nice way to see the product at work. I wish it came with a bit more in the sample packs, but I gained enough insight as to the performance of the products, and what fragrance I was sold on. I went ahead and followed through with the complete beard kit in 1880, but Executive is a close second, and the ability to switch fragrances month-to-month when subscribed is nice. I may switch it up down the line, but I like the results I get from 1880.

Ordered the sample to see what scents would be best and I love most of them! Favorites are 1880, Legend & American overall. Will continue to order over and over again.
