Fight Weakness

One of the most powerful statements we can make at times is... "I don't accept that." Not accepting weakness, failure, fears, and insecurities is one of the most powerful things we can do as men, and as leaders.

This video from retired U.S. Navy SEAL officer, author, instructor and speaker, Jocko Willink, says it best.

"I am weak... I am weak. But I don't accept that. I don't accept that is what I'm doomed to be. I'm always fighting."

But what does that mean?

It means that some days you win...

Some days you don't.

But each and every day you get back up. You move forward.

With your fist clenched toward the battle... toward the struggle.

And you fight with everything you have to be better than you were yesterday.

Every day, in every moment we are given the opportunity to show the world (and ourselves) who we truly are.

The key is to keep moving forward, to strive to Do Better every damn day.

As men, we must face our weaknesses, fight our shortcomings, and embrace our flaws head-on.

Do that, and you will unstoppable.
