Answering The Call, Again!
We believe the secret to living is giving, and there is no higher calling than being of service to others which is why we are excited to announce we are joining the Make-A-Wish beard competition for the third year in a row!
This is a cause we care deeply about and we would love to invite you to join our team and help grant wishes for some incredible kids with life threatening illnesses.
The Backstory
A couple years ago, I got the most interesting phone call of my life. To my surprise, it was Jonathan Goldsmith. He’s the actor who played the most interesting man in the world for Dos Equis.
He told me he's been using our products, really likes them, and asked me if we would join a beard competition he is hosting on behalf of the Make-A-Wish foundation!
He explained he works closely with the Make-A-Wish foundation in his home state of Vermont and every year they hold a beard competition called, "The Beardies" to raise money and help grant wishes.
We love what the Make-A-Wish foundation does and when the Most Interesting Man calls, you answer the dang call! We told Jonathan we were in, and in return he wanted to record a personal invitation to our entire brotherhood.
Over the last two years, team Live Bearded has donated $18,385 and our goal this year is to go even bigger! It costs on average, $10,000 to grant one wish and our goal this year is to sponsor two wishes as a team and raise $20,000.
Therefore, we've donated the first $10,000 on behalf of you and our community, and we would love to invite you to join our team and make contribution if you feel called to do so.
