Do Better Dude Of The Week
As always, we wrap with our Do Better Dude, and this week we are talking about Information Technician 2nd Class Thomas James. During a night out in Colorado a gunman opened fire in the club killing and wounding several people. Even though Thomas was unarmed he heroically stepped up and charged the gunman to disarm and subdue him. His actions undoubtably saved the lives of many, and for his actions he was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Medal, the highest non-combat decoration the Navy can award for heroism.
Hats off to you brother for your selfless actions, and I am sure as soon as you get out of the Navy you will be growing one hell of a beard!
